What is The Phoenix Project? 

The Phoenix Project is a local Austin community of individuals made of all bodies, all cultures and all walks of life. Our space is a safe, inclusive and welcoming place for everyone. We offer personal training and self-paced strength training. We focus on a holistic approach to health and wellness.
