This class meets on the weekends and focuses on breath, flow and mindfulness.


Yoga Class

Train at your own pace in a small group setting. Individualized attention and programming. Unlimited membership.


Self-Paced Training

Consists of consultation, assessment, steps for success, meal plans, weekly check ins, and other helpful things to reach your goals.
